
1. How intense will classes be?
Classes will be paced accordingly to individual and group fitness levels. With that said, the goal is for each individual to meet their maximum limit and the instructor will make the necessary adjustments as needed even if it does not meet the average group’s fitness level.
2. Where can I park?
There is parking in the front of the building complex, behind the building complex, and a larger lot in front of Marisco’s Sayulita Nayarit which is also parking for students of Premium Muay Thai
3. Is there a changing area?
There is one restroom on-site that can be used as a changing area as well as it does have a great deal of room for changing. Please note that footwear is required when entering the bathroom area and all other areas that are not the mat or designated carpeted areas.
4. What should I wear?
We recommend wearing Athletic Shorts & T-Shirt. We also recommending footwear that is easy to take on and off such as Sandals or Slides since it is required to have barefoot on the mat and designated carpeted areas.
5. What is the structure of classes?
The structure will generally will be the following of Level I & Level II classes:

Level II: (Attending this Class requires Instructor's Approval)

Level II Equipment Requirements
You will need the following to participate in Level II classes:

16 Oz Boxing Gloves

Hand Wraps (180 Inches)

Shin Guards (No Cloth Shin Guards)

Mouthpiece

Groin Cup

Elbow Pads (For Protection Purposes)

Knee Pads (For Protection Purposes)
Please note that if you do not have the above equipment for Level II class, you will be unable to participate​
6. What training equipment will I need as a Trial Member?

16 Oz Boxing Gloves Hand Wraps (180 Inches)
If you do not have these, we will provide these to you during your trial week.
7. How long is my trial period?
Your trial will begin on the first day that you train with us and end in 6 consecutive days. With that said, you have access to all available class times during your trial period which consists of 7 consecutive days. We highly recommend completing the Free Trial in full prior to signing up. The trial is a great opportunity to learn more about one another and confirm that it is a good fit for both parties.
